AGORA Signature Schools’ Network (ASSN) project:
To establish a schools’ Network that offers direly craved “Point of Difference” (POD), while maintaining focus on all-encompassing intrinsic elements of “Human Development”:
Educational Objective:
Concept of education:
- Concept of education has been reduced to subjective approaches restricting students to memorizing textbooks and performance judged in grades & marks obtained in exams.
- The statement made above does not, by any means, implies to undermine importance of excellence in academic or academic achievements. However, such myopic educational objective conveniently overlooks, ignores, and even disregards significance and consequences because of ignoring majority of integrated foundational essentials of students’ development:
- In a class of 25 students, there is only one student who tops the class in exams; does this mean that he/she is the only successful student in the class?
- Are rest of the 24 students a failure?
- What happens to the state of mind of those students who are at bottom with respect to exams’ scores?
- Who calculates the intensity of trauma leave alone redressal of their lack?
- While distribution of trophies and certificates of excellence may encourage the handful who are able to outperform the rest or may even provide motivation for few at the top to compete well and do better to win the accolades next time around, but what is the cost of such educational traditions for those who are not even close to academic brilliance of very few at the top?
- Who calculates the cost and number of those, in absence of required psychological support who give-up even making efforts to succeed in a flawed paradigm of education and accept themselves as losers, very early on in their lives?
- When a system applauds handful winners, it ignores serious consequences of creating unannounced majority of losers, at the same time.

- Marking system to include every element of “Human Development” including academics but not limited to academics only:
Role of Parents:
- No educational system can succeed without keen and proactive participation of parents in the process.
- While a student spends 7-8 hours at school environment, he/she spends 16-17 hours in home environment. Hence, a coordinated and mutually complimenting educational environment is a key factor in achieving the desired grooming and upbringing of a student and ensuring his/her future success.
- A state of the art and proven students’ performance tracking system will integrate parents’-teachers’ collaboration for the purpose and assist desired management of a student’s academic as well as behavioral development both at school and home alike.
Teachers’ Training:
- At AGORA Signature Schools’ Network (ASSN) we are cognizant of the fact that quality of education solely depends on quality of teachers. “At AGORA Signature Schools’ Network (ASSN) we believe that when a student fails in a class it is indeed failure of the teacher and not student, especially during early phase of education”.
- Intensive and regular Teachers’ training and refresher programs shall be conducted in collaboration with international teachers’ training institutes in accordance with international educational standards recognized around the world.
- Our teaching staff shall not be only academically qualified but also exceptionally well trained to impart the entire concept of “Redefined Educational Concept” at AGORA Signature Schools’ Network (ASSN).
Students’ Psychological Management:
- Students’ psychological & physical grooming and management is one of the most important elements of “AGORA’S Educational Concept” at AGORA Signature Schools’ Network (ASSN).
- It is a scientifically proven fact that negative psychological influences can be effectively managed during early ages only. Ignoring psychological grooming during early years renders a child with almost impossible to treat/reverse psychological & behavioral disorders for rest of their lives.
- In presence of a fulltime and dedicated psychologist on school premises at AGORA Signature Schools’ Network (ASSN) we shall not only track behavioral tendencies of each student on individual level but also ensure qualified means for redressal of negative psychological influences in close coordination with parents.
Students’ Personality & Behavioral Development:
- In view of carefully and closely monitored psychological tendencies of students’ personalities & behaviors comprehensive management techniques shall be shared with concerned teachers and parents to ensure development of balanced personalities of our students in their early ages.
- Students are involved in carefully crafted activities and exercises to remedy the causal psychological factors instead of forcing changes to symptomatic outcomes only.
- At AGORA Signature Schools’ Network (ASSN) we seek devoted involvement of parents for above stated objectives. A close coordination and effective teamwork shall be ensured for the success of this purpose.
Teamwork & Leadership Development:
- Teamwork is one of the most essential qualities required to succeed in life on individual as well as collective platforms. Making students cognizant of the importance of teamwork and their training to adopt teamwork as lifestyle reassures their success in managing interpersonal relationships, from within families to their professional careers in large/small organizations, throughout their lives.
- At AGORA Signature Schools’ Network (ASSN) we lay strong emphasis on raising socially responsible, humanely compassionate, confidently embracing initiatives, ethically honest individuals with unmatched capabilities to perform in roles of motivated team members and exemplary leaders, alike, throughout their lives.
- At AGORA Signature Schools’ Network (ASSN) we help students to acquire these traits during early life. Our education system grooms future social, professional, and political leaders who are capable of handling crisis situations, make informed decisions, and take initiatives with awareness and confidence.
School Timings & No Schoolbags Culture:
- At AGORA Signature Schools’ Network (ASSN) School starts at 9am. While almost all schools start from 7am to 8am, our timings will save students from starting their day in morning chaos of rush hours. The timings will also allow parents and students to prepare for school with ample time on their hands and replace morning chaos with a peaceful start to the day.
- At AGORA Signature Schools’ Network (ASSN) Lunch is served at 2pm (Lunch boxes to be prepared at home and served at school, ensuring students’ grooming by educating them on “Table Manners” and courtesies of collective eating.
- At AGORA Signature Schools’ Network (ASSN) Homework is completed at school, 3pm to 4pm. Homework at school means no academic pressure on students once they leave school.
- “No Schoolbags” Culture, at AGORA Signature Schools’ Network (ASSN) we have a no school bags culture. Instead, each student will have his/her own books’ closets to store their books and stationaries at school. The students will not be required to drag schoolbags twice their own weights to and from school.
